Playing Cards: Prismatic Dino
Overview: Design a playing card deck that works in a complex system.
Solution: For this project I wanted to do something fun and reminiscent of my childhood. I always been so fascinated by dinosaurs. and thought this would be a great theme for me to explore. The illustration style I went with was geometric. The color palette is crucial because I found colors that would contrast nice against each other, but also have a wide range of the same color to give my illustrations depth. The same illustration style can also be seen in the suits. These cards are meant to be fun, humorous and playful utilizing a strong system. RAWR!
